Pictured
is a double hinged doorset tested in accordance with BS 476 Part 22 1987,
clause 8 at Warrington Fire Research Centre.
The doorset satisfied the integrity criteria for a period of 60, 120 and
240 minutes before the furnaces were eventually turned off.
Equal fire integrity is maintained for outward or inward opening leaf
configurations.
Vision panels can be incorporated up to a size of 0.282 square metres
per leaf.
The double hinged doorset can provide protection for structural apertures
up to 4.48 square metres.
A combination of side screens and overpanels can be provided up to a variety
of sizes.
Hot or cold smoke seals can also be provided.

only screens have been tested up to 120 minutes.

and insulation screens have been tested up to 3.2 square metres for
90/90 applications and 2.6 square metres for 120/120 applications.
