The Traditional Fire Roller Shutter has been developed to give effective fire and security protection in industrial and commercial environments.
Dimensions: Up to 7000mm Wide and up to 7000mm High. Larger openings may be accommodated.
Curtain: Constructed from scrolled galvanised steel 75mm deep interlocking sections with malleable iron end locks.
Guides: Galvanised steel U channels secured to the structure via appropriate fixings. The channel depths vary according to the width of the shutter.
Hood: Galvanised steel hood to enclose the shutter coil at the head of the opening.
Operation: Electric operation by an industrial duty 230V AC or 415 V AC in line fire door operator.
Control: Provided with a three push button station for normal operation and for use as a security shutter. The shutter will close in a controlled manner from a motor mounted heat sensing solenoid release device or by an alarm signal. A fire alarm interface panel can be provides a link to the fire alarm system to close the shutter on alarm activation (12v, 24v or volt free signal). An audio visual panel is provided to warn users of imminent closure. The interface provides options to set up a delayed response or part close system to provide smoke protection while allowing free access.
Certification: CE marked in accordance with BS EN 16034 for 60 minute (E60), 120 minute (E120) and 240 minute (E240) applications in flexible (timber or drywall) or rigid (steel or masonry) structures.
Finish: Galvanised steel or powder coated finish.
